The Sad Ghost Club

Tight-knit clubs and groups can make the world feel like a safer, better place. If you’re ever feeling sad, fear not, for this will be there for you.

From the guide “to not being sad”:

  1. Do not over think everything.
  2. Try & accept help if you can.
  3. It’s okay to take breaks.
  4. Do not listen to really sad music until 2AM.
  5. Keep moving forward.
  6. Remember, this will pass.
  7. A change of scenery can really help.
  8. Try & talk about it now & then.
  9. Try & spend time outdoors when you can.
  10. Try & stick to your normal routine.
